Politico

Facing a pivotal election cycle, POLITICO reached an inflection point. I was brought in to unify and elevate the brand.

The goal was to strengthen its global authority while maintaining the sharp, local perspectives that define its reporting.

I started by creating a new, bold brand positioning: “The Conversation That Matters”.

From there I led my team to shape an employer narrative that spoke to excellence in both journalism and talent.

Lastly, we evolved the identity system, introduced a new harmonizing red color, type, and logo to create a visual balance across print and digital. We developed a cohesive brand architecture and toolkit that strengthened POLITICO’s credibility, attracted high-caliber talent, and solidified its position as a global leader in political journalism.
